Little Mix's Jesy Nelson reveals she's pregnant with twins, shares joy with Zion Foster

Jesy Nelson, the former Little Mix member, is about to become a mom—times two!

The singer announced on Instagram on Jan. 12 that she is expecting twins with Zion Foster, sharing a touching photo of him lovingly holding her baby bump.

In her playful caption, Nelson quipped, "She’s eating for three now," marking the couple's joyful milestone. The pregnancy news comes after three years of on-and-off relationship speculation between Nelson and Foster. Despite past rumors of splits, the pair now seem ready to embrace parenthood together.

Nelson, 33, first rose to fame in 2011 on The X Factor UK, where she became part of the iconic girl group Little Mix alongside Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock. After nearly a decade of success with hits like "Shout Out to My Ex," Nelson decided to step away from the group in December 2020.

Citing mental health challenges, she explained her decision to leave in an emotional statement: "Being in the band has taken a significant toll on my mental health. The pressure of living up to expectations became overwhelming. It’s time for me to prioritize self-care over constantly striving to make others happy."

Nelson’s bandmates supported her move wholeheartedly, writing at the time, "We love her deeply and respect her decision to focus on her well-being."

Since then, Little Mix’s remaining members have also explored their own paths. Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards both became moms in August 2021—just days apart. Pinnock welcomed twin daughters with Andre Gray, while Edwards gave birth to her son Axel with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Now, with Nelson embarking on her journey into motherhood, it’s clear that life after Little Mix has been full of exciting new chapters for all.
