Disick, who shares three children with Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe's sister, recounted how his late parents used to humorously question him about tabloid rumors claiming he had impregnated Khloe. "Every day, they were like, 'You got Khloe pregnant?' I'm like, 'Yes, Dad, I got Khloe pregnant.' and he's like, 'OK.'"
Khloe quickly clarified, "You never got me pregnant," putting any lingering doubts to rest.
Disick explained that such outlandish rumors were common during the late 2000s, with tabloids frequently linking him romantically to each of the Kardashian sisters. "Every week I got a different sister pregnant," he joked. "Like, where's the kids?" Despite years having passed, Khloe revealed that fans still question the nature of her relationship with Disick. She shared that he was the most requested guest for her podcast, with many listeners asking if they had ever been romantically involved.
Disick playfully responded, "F--k yeah," before Khloe firmly stated, "No, we haven't."
The Good American founder, 40, also revealed another popular fan question: "Why aren't we married?"
Disick expressed surprise at this question, prompting Khloe to address the persistent rumors about her and Disick, as well as speculation about him and Kendall Jenner. "I don't think it has any truth," Disick stated. "They just run with anything. Just like, 'Oh look at their relationship, they're close. Boom. Let's just say something ridiculous.'"
While acknowledging their close bond, Disick emphasized the absurdity of the rumors. "Like, bro," he said, "I have children with her sister. We're not soulmates. Obviously, I say a lot of gross things that are probably too much, but that's just who I am. I'm not serious."
He added that the idea of a romantic relationship with Khloe is "psychotic." Although Disick is no longer romantically involved with any of the Kardashian sisters, he and Kourtney maintain a successful co-parenting relationship for their three children.
