Drug use scrutinized in Liam Payne's death, tWitch's brother seeks clarity
Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ brother and mother have publicly questioned the circumstances surrounding the dancer’s death.

In a recent interview, tWitch’s brother, Dre Rose, and mother, Connie Boss Alexander, expressed their concerns about the narrative presented by Allison Holker, tWitch’s wife, in her memoir. Holker’s book details tWitch’s struggles with drug use and alleged childhood sexual abuse, suggesting these factors contributed to his suicide.
However, Rose and Alexander stated they were unaware of these issues until the book’s publication. Rose questioned the veracity of Holker’s claims, emphasizing that the family had not been informed of these struggles and suggesting that there may have been alternative explanations for tWitch’s death.
He also expressed concern about the way Holker shared tWitch’s private journal entries in her memoir, feeling it was an inappropriate way to disclose such sensitive information. Rose suggested that Holker may have a greater understanding of the events leading to tWitch’s death, as she was the last person to see him alive.
Holker, in response to the criticism, clarified that her intention with the memoir was to celebrate the love and life she shared with tWitch and their children, and to process her own grief and loss.
